Quality Control: We deal with third party inspection companies and are able to conduct
Pre-production, Dupro and FRI inspections on our orders, to ensure that the quality meets
our
requirements.

Freight Forwarding: We have key suppliers that we trust with our forwarding, and are constantly
focused on negotiating competitive rates, and safe timelines to ensure that our orders arrive on time.
We focus on "finishing well" with a full, well-advised, timeous delivery.

Problem Prevention and Solving: No matter what the problem, it's how you go about fixing it that
gets the next order and cements the relationship. We focus a lot of energy on preventing problems,
with continual supplier communication, internal discussions, and most importantly, a lot of care.
